the staff seemed friendly and helpful. beds are comfy. it's great having a Woolworths across the road. the location is ideal with walking distance to the botanical gardens.
the pool was cold, misleading guests. it's not fair to say the pool is warm and lie about it. it's quite a disappointment when you anticipate A warm swimming experience. the advertisement of the pool temperature needs to be more accurate.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

The apartment was huge, so spacious. I could cook easily because of the cooking facilities. I really liked the included washing machine and dryer. They're a great bonus. I found a Woolworths supermarket just across the street, very convenient.
The bathroom fan was not working properly. This caused a slight odor.

The hotel is very close to a tram station. South Bank restaurants were within walking distance. I walked to the MCG fairly quickly.

The unit has most of the needed amenities, and it includes kitchen utensils. I had a good shower, and the WiFi worked well during my entire stay. A supermarket nearby offers convenience for grocery needs.

excessive traffic noiseinconvenient bathroom access
The traffic noise was excessive in my room it overlooked a major road. I could hear trucks using their airbrakes on the highway below. The bedroom was not directly connected to the bathroom I had to exit the bedroom and pass through the lounge and kitchen area to access it this was inconvenient during the night.
